We take great pride in our work, and we want you to feel the same about yours. So, even for the tiniest of details, we’ll go far beyond your expectations to make sure you get exactly what you want – or your money back!

Our guarantee and how it works

If you feel your product is not at par with what you expected, please feel to call us (866)GREETWAY or write to [email protected]

We will reach you within few hours (M-F business hours), If weekend it may take extra time. Understand issue, and either re-print or get you new product with correct specifications.

If we can’t solve your issue, we will return money immediately.

Our issue resolve sessions will not last more than couple of minutes. You always talk to real person in US.

Gift cards

Greetway sends inactivate brand new gift cards. After receiving them you need to activate the card, activation instructions will be mailed with the card.

We can't accept return on activated gift cards. If you like to send back inactive cards, we can provide a full refund. If you like to refund card, do before scratching PIN and activating the card.

Again Greetway procures gift cards from various vendors, we advise you to contact vendor for support.
