Why some cards verse I can’t change?

Because they are printed both sides when came out of press, our artists felt that unless that specific inside verse or image, card can’t be completed.

Can I Personalize and Order on Phone?

How long it will take to ship my orders?

Generally we ship on same business day of order received before 10:00AM PST and have all artwork available. We use various shipping methods to meet your needs.

Can I see Proof?

Yes, we can send you proof, but this process will delay the order as take time as, we need to wait for your approval.

I have discount coupon, how can I use it?

On the order page enter you coupon code, we will adjust the amount for you.

How can I cancel the order?

Order can be cancelled, before it goes to printing, call us at 866-GREETWAY to see if your order can be cancelled.

How do I make changes to my order?

Once your order has been placed, all changes will need to be made by calling customer service at 866-GREETWAY.

How do I save my credit card information for a future use?

For security purposes, Greetway.com does not save customer credit card numbers in user profiles.

Can I save orders for future use?

If you are logged in, we will save any items including personalization placed into your shopping cart.

How do I change or edit my profile?

Click on sign in/sign up at the top of any page and log in to your account. Once logged in, you may change or edit information in your profile by selecting My Account.

Can I track my order online?

Yes. If you are a member, click on the sign in/sign up link at the top of any page and log into your account. Once you have logged in, click on previous orders and select the order you would like to track.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs will actual costs incurred to ship. Our online system queries actual cost from UPS in real-time. We also offer shipping discounts, as promotion. We show actual cost before placing the order.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover).We offer invoicing to large customers if arranged in advance by contacting customer service at 1-866-GREETWAY

Do you make custom greeting cards?

For orders larger than 10,000 Greetway will custom design a card for you. Contact customer service at 1-866-GREETWAY for details.

Do you provide sample cards?

You may request free samples by clicking on the Request a free sample link on every product detail page and submitting your mailing address.

How do I know you gifted 10cents per card to schools?

We don’t donate to schools directly, with your order you get a gift certificate valued at 10cents per card. You give it to any school or 503(c) organization you wish to donate, and they can redeem money from us (simple on-line application or send coupon by mail with their information). You can also redeem behalf of any school or 503( c) organization, we can send check to them, with e-mail notification to you.
